Portuguese Citizenship
Request for attribution or naturalization of Portuguese citizenship, such as:
- Descendant of Portuguese citizen
- Married or in a domestic partnership with a Portuguese citizen for more than 3 years
- Legal resident for at least 5 years in Portuguese territory
- Descendant of Portuguese Sephardic Jew
- Wife of a Portuguese citizen, with the marriage taking place before October 3, 1981
- Born in a former Portuguese colony, when the country was still under Portuguese control
- Foreign child who was adopted by a Portuguese citizen
- Child of foreigners, who was born in Portugal, and who is of legal age or emancipated, and who has lived in the country for 10 years
- Child of foreigners, minor, born in Portugal, whose parents have been in Portugal regularly or irregularly for at least one year
